How long does it take to receive my purchase?

For Instant Downloads:
After you have made your purchase, you will be re- directed to a download pick-up page. If your browser does not allow that, you will also be sent an instant email with a link to your download pick-up page. Check your spam if you do not receive your instant email.

For Shipped Products:
We ship within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please allow 5-9 working days for ground mail delivery and 3-4 working days for courier delivery for most destinations throughout North America.

If I am not satisfied with my purchase, can I return it for a refund?

If you’re not satisfied with any item for any reason, return it to us within 90 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund. For obvious reasons, instant downloads cannot be refunded.

What do you charge for items that I want shipped?

Ground mail shipping is $9.00 for the first book and $0.50 each additional book. 

Courier (UPS 3 day service) shipping is 20% of your total price, minimum $15.00

Why was my purchase not processed?

There may be a number of reasons why your purchase didn't go through. First, please check your form of payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We do NOT accept Discover and VISA Debit cards. Next, check to make sure your billing address matches what you have registered with your credit card. If you are still having trouble, please call in direct to us at 800-663-3609 and we will process your order.
